With reference to the Proposal of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development
(The Official Letter No 3876/BNN-HTQT dated 15 November 2000), and the opinion
of the Ministry of Planning and Investment (the Letter No 7435 BKH/NN dated
01 December 2000), the Prime Minister hereby states that:
Agree with the establishment
of the Trust Fund under the management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural
Development to receive a grant of USD 446,670 offered by the donor community
in support of the implementation of the Terms of Reference (ToR) of the International
Support Group (ISG). The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development itself
is responsible for balancing the counterpart fund of USD 52,000 upon the annual
plan of the Ministry.
