Reference is made to the Proposal of the Ministry of Agriculture
and Rural Development (The Official Letter No. 1756/BNN-HTQT dated
28 June 2002), and the opinion of the Ministry of Planning and Investment
(the Letter No. 4280 BKH/KTDN dated 31 July 2002) regarding the
extension of the operation of the ISG Trust Fund, on behalf of the
Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Manh Cam hereby states
that:
Agree to extend
the operation of the ISG Trust Fund until 31 December 2005.
