VACANCY FOR POLICY DIALOGUE COORDINATOR
The Secretariat of the International Support Group (ISG), set up under the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD)is now seeking a policy dialogue coordinator to organize high-level policy dialogues and promote implementation process of Tam Nong Resolution and the National Targeted Program of New Rural Development.

Minimum qualifications and experience:

Experience in management and coordination of international activities
-
Knowledge of M&E, general activities of specific projects, and the whole sector

Skills in facilitation of policy dialogues

Experience in strategic planning with a strong focus on dialogue facilitation, monitoring and evaluation process.

Capabilities in: (i) organizing and undertaking complex, sensitive and strategic planning; (ii) consulting with senior Government and donor agency officials; (iii) working efficiently under a short timeframe, and (iv) preparing clear and concise reports in English.

10-15 years or more professional experience in directly related fields, with considerable experience in Vietnam at the central ministry level.
