The Project “MARD Macro Management – Support to the Public Administration Reform programme in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD)” aims at facilitating the ongoing reform process to strengthen the capacities of MARD for policy formulation and the management of public service delivery. The ultimate objective of the project is to ensure sustainable agricultural and rural development in the context of Viet Nam's integration with the global economy. The PMU is seeking highly qualified candidates for the positions of:
01 Short-term International Consultant on assessment of WTO implications on the MARD (2 months, expected from April 2008);
01 Short-term National Consultant on assessment of WTO implications (organisational & institutional) on the MARD (2 months, expected from April 2008)
01 Short-term National Consultant on assessment of WTO implications (legislation) on the MARD (2 months, expected from April 2008) - See ToR for this post
01 Senior Technical Advisor (15 months (intermittent) over a period of four years)
01 Short-term National Consultant for Capacity building and M&E System of PAR in MARD (1 2 months (04 months for the starting period from April to June 2008; 02 months in the 4 th Quarter of each year from 2008 to 2011)
