The Project “MARD Macro Management”- Support to Public Administration Reform Project in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development was officially approved by the Prime Minister on 30 July 2007. The Project will start its operation from 1 September 2007 and last for 54 months. The PMU is seeking highly qualified persons for the positions of:

1. Project Interpreter/ Translator (full-time):

Qualifications:

· University degree (Good and above) in English;

· Excellent proficiency in English, both oral and written;

· A minimum of 5 years working experience as a full time interpreter/translator in project or similar work using English as working language in Government Institutions

· Good skills in MS Office software is essential

· Experience of studying or working in an English language speaking country is desirable;

· Knowledge of of Public Administration Reform is desirable.

Duty station: Hanoi
