DECISION
OF THE
MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Promulgation
of Regulation on Management of Programs and Projects
Using
External Fund Sources and belonging to Responsibility
of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development
MINISTRY
OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
- Pursuant
to the Decree No. 73/CP of 1 November 1995 by the Government on
functions, duties, authority and organization of Ministry of Agriculture
and Rural Development (MARD);
- Pursuant
to Decree No. 87/CP of 5 August 1997 by the Prime Minister on Promulgation
of Regulations on Management and Use of the ODA fund source; Decree
No. 52/CP of 8 July 1999 on Regulations on Investment and Construction
Management;
- At
the request of the Directors of International Cooperation Department
and Personnel and Organization Department,
HEREBY DECIDES
Article
1: To promulgate together with this Decisionthe "Regulation
on Management of Programs and Projects Using External Fund Sources
and belonging to the Responsibility of Ministry of Agriculture and
Rural Development"
Article
2: This Decision shall enter into force in 15 days after being
signed. Previous regulations issued by MARD, that are contrary with
this Regulation shall be abrogated.
Article
3: Head of the Ministry’s Office, Director of International
Cooperation Department, Director of Personnel and Organization,
leaders of departments and institutions under MARD shall be charged
with implementing this Decision.
